SHOP Registration

Shops Establishment registration is a state based registration, which is required while establishing a shop, hotel, or any commercial place in that particular state. It is mandatory for every new shop/establishment to get it registered under the Shops and Establishment Act and get the license within 30 days from the commencement of the work.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made on this ___ day of __________, 20__ ("Effective Date"), by and between BK TaxLawFin LLP ("Firm") and the client specified below ("Client").

1 Confidential Information

The Firm agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and documents received from the Client, including but not limited to financial records, business plans, strategies, client lists, and other sensitive data ("Confidential Information").

2 Non-Disclosure

The Firm shall not disclose, use, or allow access to the Client's Confidential Information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent. The Firm shall take reasonable steps to protect the Confidential Information from unauthorized access and disclosure.

3 Exceptions

Confidential Information shall not include information that (a) is public knowledge at the time it is disclosed, (b) becomes publicly known through no breach of this Agreement, or (c) is independently developed by the Firm without reference to Client's Confidential Information.

4 Term & Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the professional relationship between the Firm and the Client, and for a period of two (2) years thereafter. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, but the confidentiality obligations shall survive.
